Payment

Currently accepting Email Money Transfer (EMT) and Crypto Currency (BTC,ETH,LTC,XMR, etc.).

After checkout you will receive an email with payment instructions. View your banks website for further instructions.

Orders will be processed within 24hr after payment has been received. No order will be processed until payment has been received.


Shipping

$20 flat rate shipping across Canada - FREE shipping on orders over $200!

We ship Monday to Friday excluding holidays.

Shipping takes 2-3 business days typically. We send tracking within 48 business hours of payment receipt. Orders will be shipped same day if payment has been received before 12pm MST or the following business day after payment has been received.

Signature will not be required for orders – if you do wish to have a signature required please include this in notes at time of ordering.

We create tickets with Canada Post to investigate the status of the parcel. We will not reimburse or re-send parcels showing as successful delivery – if there is a risk of this occurring you must send signature required.


Returns/Exchanges

Returns and exchanges will be determined on a case by case basis.

Once you register for an account, you're all set – we don't require you to register for individual promotions in order to be eligible. Just fulfill the requirements of a promotion, and we'll post the points to your account immediately!

You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion!

Nope! Your points will never expire.

When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place. Sound kind of confusing? Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent $50 towards a 'spend $100, earn 500 points' promotion, and you decide to buy a $20 item, which bumps you up to $70. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.
